Do you offer free delivery?
Yes we do, most merchants in Malaysia offer free delivery within Peninsula Malaysia, but we are doing better than that! For all purchases exceeding RM100 in Malaysia, yes, even Sabah and Sarawak, Neon Plus offers free delivery to your doorstep, talk about customer satisfaction! All orders are shipped out within 3 working days. For Sabah and Sarawak, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

What is the warranty policy?
Our projectors come with a 365 days (one year) local warranty beginning from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers malfunctioning components and problems attributed to manufacturing defects. Damage due to personal negligence, mishandling, or misuse of our products are not covered under warranty. All postal and delivery costs for warranty claims are to be borne by the customer. We also have a dedicated customer support team to help you resolve any issues, just contact our hotline +6012-9949091.
What is the refund policy?
Neon Plus does not offer cash refunds. As covered by the warranty, we offer 1-to-1 replacement for product faults arising from manufacturing defects within 365 days (one year) of purchase. All postal and delivery costs for warranty claims are to be borne by the customer. For troubleshooting on your projector, do contact our hotline +6012-9949091.
What is the upgrade policy?
Customers wishing to upgrade their newly-purchased Neon Plus projector to a higher-tier model may do so within 3 days of purchase.
Can you help me choose a projector based on my room size and layout?
Certainly! Come to our showroom and our consultants will be more than glad to give you a personalized recommendation as well as other helpful pointers!
What is the difference between LCD and DLP projectors?
Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and Digital Light Processing (DLP) projectors are quite different, but in short, DLP projectors are immune to colour decay and misalignment. LCD has better quality but DLP offers higher colour contrast and higher refresh rates, resulting in higher picture quality. DLP is also lighter, costs less to maintain, and can be project higher than LCD, so it’s not necessary to place the projector in a high location.
Can I connect my projector to a speaker or sound system?
Of course you can! All our models are equipped with HDMI ports for high quality audio and video output. Also, apart from C2000, all our models are equipped with 3.5mm audio output for more versatility. Most of our models are also Bluetooth 5.0 capable so you can connect to multiple Bluetooth speakers of your liking.
Can you demonstrate the image quality of your projectors in your store?

Are there portable projectors suitable for on-the-go presentations?
Most of our projectors are petite and lightweight, taking up less space than a shoebox and weighing way below 2kg, so they are truly portable and easy to carry around. As icing on the cake, these models are also equipped with built-in batteries, further enhancing the convenience aspect.
Can I connect the projector to my smartphone or tablet?
At Neon Plus, we believe that easy connectivity isn’t an option, it is a necessity, so yes, not only can you connect the projector to your mobile device, it is very easy and convenient to do so with Ushare (Android) and iMirror (iOS) too!
What are the available input options for connecting various devices to the projectors?
At the most basic level, all our devices come with internal memory, USB port, HDMI port, Bluetooth, and WIFI, that includes file transfer via FTP, so you never have to worry about connectivity. Some of our models also come equipped with extra USB ports and LAN port for extra flexibility.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are packed and posted out within 3 working days. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery within Peninsula Malaysia, and 20 days for Sabah and Sarawak.
