How long will delivery take? What are the delivery methods?

Orders are packed and posted out within 3 working days of payment.

All orders will be delivered via major couriers such as J&T Express, GD Express etc.

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery within Peninsula Malaysia, and 20 days for Sabah and Sarawak.

What is the warranty policy?

Our projectors come with a 365 days (one year) local warranty beginning from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers malfunctioning components and problems attributed to manufacturing defects. Damage due to personal negligence, mishandling, or misuse of our products are not covered under warranty. All postal and delivery costs for warranty claims are to be borne by the customer. Do you offer refunds?

Neon Plus does not offer cash refunds. As covered by the warranty, we offer 1-to-1 replacement for product faults arising from manufacturing defects within 365 days (one year) of purchase. What is the upgrade policy?

Customers wishing to upgrade their newly-purchased Neon Plus projector to a higher-tier model may do so within 3 days of purchase.
